Every notification email includes a preferences link that lets you choose exactly which projects you want to hear about, without unsubscribing from the others. If you'd rather stop hearing from us entirely, every email also includes a separate unsubscribe link that removes you from all notifications at once.

Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for up to one year from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing conversation or relationship is in progress.
We retain Notify me signups for as long as the relevant project remains active. If a project launches, we will use your email to send a final notification and then either delete your information or, if you'd like to stay in touch, ask whether you'd like to be added to a different list. If a project is discontinued, we will delete the associated signups. If a project sits without a status change for more than a year, we will review the signup list for deletion.
Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum available period.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
