About Brad

Passionate about process.
Driven to help people do their best work.

I've spent 25+ years at the intersection of technology, people, and process. Here's a little more about who I am and what makes me tick.
Background

The story so far

Early in my career, projects landed on my desk without a playbook. I didn't have project manager in my title. I just had work that needed to get done, stakeholders who needed answers, and no framework to make any of it run smoothly. I figured it out. That experience shaped everything: how I lead, how I teach, and what I believe about this work.

In 2019, I joined GearsCRM as a Project Manager, leading Salesforce implementations for clients across the country. When GearsCRM became RafterOne through a merger, and RafterOne was later acquired by Acxiom, my role evolved with it. Today, as a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead within Acxiom's Professional Services PMO, I oversee projects across multiple practices, well beyond the Salesforce work where I started, while also mentoring PMs and helping shape how the team delivers at scale.

Before that, I spent 16+ years at Superfeet Worldwide, where I led initiatives ranging from CRM implementations and system integrations to B2B website launches, building a reputation for bringing clarity to complex situations.

Along the way, I earned my PMP certification and a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Washington State University. Outside of the day job, I run OVRdrive PM, a coaching and consulting practice for individuals and businesses who need practical PM thinking, not a textbook. And I'm building a small suite of tools and services designed around problems I've lived firsthand.

Core Values

What I stand for

Integrity
Doing the right thing isn't a policy for me. It's how I operate. I say what I mean, deliver on my commitments, and will tell you what you need to hear, even when it's uncomfortable.
Transparency
No fine print, no surprises. I'm upfront about where things stand, what's working, and what isn't. If I don't know something, I'll say so.
Accountability
Showing up is the minimum. Accountability means owning the result, taking responsibility when things don't go as planned, and never deflecting.
Community
Giving back is part of how I work, not an afterthought. Whether it's mentoring someone earlier in their career or supporting causes that matter, it's something I try to build in, not bolt on.

Beyond the work

Life through a lens

Photography is where I get to turn off the analytical side of my brain and feed the creative one. I don't do it often, but when I do, it's intentional, and it has a very specific voice.

I'm drawn to energy and movement: athletes in motion, the lines of a well-designed car, the raw expression you find in dance, yoga, and the arts. Tattoo culture. Fitness. The kind of subjects that have something to say.

It's less about documenting and more about interpreting. Eventually, that creative thread may lead somewhere new. Digital art is something I've been thinking about.

Whether it's PM consulting through OVRdrive or something else entirely, I'm always open to a conversation.
